It is running a hospital in Numaligarh (Assam) Refinery Township complex.This 40 bedded well equipped hospital not only caters to the needs of the 4000 members of staffand family of the refinery, but also attends to peoples of 13 surrounding villages.
Another Hospital is running in Tirap, Arunachal Pradesh.
